I am a makeup artist in the D.C. Area and I use this product to remove mascara that clients may be wearing when they come in to their appointments. I never have any idea if it\’s waterproof or not or what brand they\’re using. I just know this product flawlessly removes it and doesn\’t tug at lash extensions or upset their eyes.
