I went to start and try sample. My hair has been previously abused with bleach. It was in a state where my flat iron will do nothing to my hair. I knew I needed to give my hair a rest. I tried this product and the results were incredible. I bought it and I have been using after I shampoo and conditioner my hair. My hair is very thin and kinda curly.
