I read a lot of reviews about this product before deciding to purchase, and I have to say, I love it! I have dry lips year round (thanks, desert) and usually use Bite Agave Lip Mask as a balm every day. I love that product, but the problem with it is if you want to wear lipstick, it doesn\’t really sink in. It just sits on top. And I can\’t wear a regular balm because the moisture is gone in a flash.
Enter the Hourglass Lip Treatment Oil. It sinks in (give it a few minutes) and then lip stain and lipstick glide on beautifully. So if you\’re looking for something that is between a balm and a more intense lip treatment, this is the one for you.
Minus one star because it\’s expensive andI\’m not a huge fan of the applicator – but it is easier to keep clean and it\’s pretty. You get a lot of product – one pump is more than enough. Definitely worth a try with fall and winter coming up.
