This balm feels really nice and is semi-moisturizing but it smells absolutely nothing like caramel. It smells like cinnamon with maybe a touch of a citrus? Also this absolutely does NOT last anywhere NEAR 24 hours. I would give it a solid 2-3 hours at most.
