The bottle has a pump attached to it- which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. When I put it on my face it had that nice tacky feel to it which I feel like helps the foundation stick better. It made one of my drugstore foundations that I didn\’t like without it, a foundation that I wanted to wear. I\’m very pleased with this primer!
