I have fine, thin, wavy hair with some damage to it. This definitely adds volume to my hair but if I don\’t use a hair oil or additional leave in conditioner, this makes my hair frizz so bad! It leaves my ends (which are admittedly damaged) feeling dry but the top of my hair looks shinier and feels softer. I\’m still playing with it but I think I like this one exclusively for the top of my hair where it can add volume without adding frizz.
